NetworQ is designed to help you manage professional contacts on your own device. We do not sell your personal information, and the app does not require an account.
Information You Add to the App
NetworQ lets you save contact details such as names, job titles, companies, phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn usernames, notes, tags, and connection dates. You may also add your own profile details and a profile photo.
Contact Information You Add
You are responsible for the contact information you add, import, store, export, or share through NetworQ. You should only add information that you have the right to use and manage. NetworQ provides tools for organizing contacts locally on your device, but we are not responsible for how you obtain, use, disclose, or share contact information belonging to other people.
How Your Information Is Stored
The information you enter in NetworQ is stored locally on your device. Your profile photo is copied into the app's local storage. NetworQ does not operate a server account system for syncing or storing your contact database online.
Camera Permission
NetworQ requests access to your camera so you can scan QR codes and business cards. Camera access is used only while you are using the scan feature. NetworQ does not record video, store camera footage, or upload camera images to a server.
Import and Export
NetworQ can import contacts from files you choose, including CSV exports. It can also export your saved contacts to a CSV file when you request it. Imported and exported files are handled only for the actions you choose.
NetworQ may let you store LinkedIn usernames or import contact information from files that you choose to export from LinkedIn. NetworQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation and its affiliates.
Sharing
NetworQ may generate a QR code from your profile information so you can share your contact details. The QR code is generated on your device from the profile data you entered.
NetworQ Pro Purchases
If you purchase NetworQ Pro, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment details, such as your credit card number. Google Play may provide purchase status information, such as whether NetworQ Pro was purchased or restored, so we can unlock Pro features in the app.
Third-Party Services
NetworQ uses platform services and app libraries to provide features such as QR scanning, file picking, file export, Android in-app updates, and Google Play Billing. These services are used only to support the app features you choose to use.
Children's Privacy
NetworQ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete contacts inside the app.
- You can delete all saved contacts from Settings.
- You can edit your profile details and change your profile photo.
- You can deny camera permission, but QR and business card scanning will not work without it.
- You can manage or restore NetworQ Pro purchases through Google Play.
- You can remove app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage through your device settings.
Security
We take privacy seriously and keep app data local to your device. However, no app or device storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and backups.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when NetworQ changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
